Obituary for Charlene Lewis
Charlene Lewis, 69, of De Soto/ Eudora KS passed away June 16, 2015 at her home. Funeral services will be Thursday June 18, 2015 at 7:00 PM at Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel, 32665 Lexington Ave., De Soto, KS. Visitation will be held June 18th from 6-7:00 PM at the Chapel. Private Graveside Services: De Soto Cemetery, De Soto, KS. Memorial donations maybe made to Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel PO Box 101 De Soto KS 66018 Charlene was born December 31, 1945 in Leavenworth, KS to Homer and Mildred Malan. Charlene raised her girls in De Soto and married Virgil Lewis in 2008. She lived in Eudora for many years. She was a loving Mother, grandmother and a good friend to many. Charlene always put everyone above herself. She will be missed and always in our hearts. She is preceded in death by: parents Homer and Mildred Malan, step father Elmer Stiverson, husband Virgil Lewis and one infant grandson. Survivors include: daughters Tammey Sweezer of Jefferson City, MO and Shannon (Dennis) Cline of Platte City, MO, 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren and many friends
