Obituary for Judith M. Murtaugh
Judith Marie Murtaugh, 77, of Overland Park by way of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on February 14th. A visitation will be held at Nottingham Health and Rehabilitation Sunday, March 3rd from 2pm - 4pm at 14200 W 134th Pl, Olathe, KS 66062.
There will also be a gathering at Flanner Buchanan Funeral Center (Washington and German Church) on Monday, March 11th from 9am - 10:30am followed by a graveside service at 11am at Washington Park East Cemetery at 10722 E. Washington Street Indianapolis, IN 46229. Washington Park East
Judy was born September 28th, 1941 in Whittaker, West Virginia to Lawrence Hall and Dahlia Faye Lewellyn. She lived all over the country, from Ohio to California, but she called Indianapolis home for many years.
Besides her family, she was most proud of being a real estate agent, broker and home builder for over 25 years. She excelled as an interior designer, and as an award winning needlepoint artist.
She is survived by her three children, Toni Gyetko (Kenny Kirkman), Rich Aiken, both of Indianapolis and Meghann Murtaugh - Koile (Adam), Olathe KS. Two granddaughters, Kayleigh Kirkman and Mackenzie Aiken and a great-grandson. Also she is survived by her two brothers, John and Tom Lewellyn and their families.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her son Ronald Aiken.
