De Soto- Scott G Borders, 59, passed Sunday November 21st, 2021. He was born September 26th, 1962 in Olathe, KS, the son of Glen W Borders and Irene L (Dobson) Borders.
Scott was a kind-hearted husband, father, grandfather and brother. Scott was always there to lend a helping hand. He spent his working life helping people achieve their dream homes and his personal life making sure his family had everything they needed or wanted.
Scott was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by; wife Lynne Borders of De Soto, sister Yvonne and husband George of Olathe, brother Monte and wife Jane of Denton, TX., daughter Jennifer and husband Joel of Loch Lloyd, MO, daughter Melissa of Olathe and 5 grandchildren.
A service of remembrance will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 27th at Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel, 32665 Lexington Ave, De Soto KS. Those who wish to remember Scott in a special way may make gifts in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
