Randy D. Carter 67, of De Soto passed February 29, 2024 at Overland Park Regional Hospital.

Randy graduated from De Soto High School in 1974
He joined the US Army after graduation.
Randy enjoyed playing cards, playing pool and camping. He enjoyed the outdoors. He always had a smile and glad to see you.
He retired from De Soto School District.
Preceded in death by father Joe Carter
Survivors:: Sons Jason (Cindy) Carter
and Jesse Carter both from TX. Mother Brenda
Sister Lana, grandchildren Chloe, Jaxson, Lyra and one on the way. Nephews Jacob and Johnathan Gower, and a host of friends.
