Obituary for Norman L. Luther
Norman L. Luther, 68, of De Soto, KS passed away September 17, 2014. Funeral services will be on September 20, 2014 at 11:00AM with visitation from 9-11:00AM at Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel, 32665 Lexington Ave., De Soto, KS. Followed by cremation. Norman was born on May 14, 1946 in Lawrence, KS. He graduated from De Soto High School in 1964. He then served our country in the Navy for 5 years. Norman married Donna Ridgway in 1969 and they raised their family in De Soto. He worked construction with the Local 1290 most of his construction life. He loved playing pool. He was a loving husband, dad and grandpa. He is preceded in death by: parents William and Garnet Luther. Survivors include: wife Donna of the home; daughters Cyndi Zimmerman of Ottawa, KS and Erin Lawrence of De Soto, KS; brothers Roger Luther of Overland Park, KS and Martin Luther of Leroy, KS; sister Judy Perez of Kansas City, MO; 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
