Obituary for Maxine J. Jackson
Maxine J. Jackson, 81, of De Soto, KS passed away June 30, 2014. A graveside service will be Thursday, July 3, at 1:00pm at De Soto Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday, July 2, from 6-8:00pm at Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel, 32665 Lexington Ave, De Soto, KS. Interment at De Soto Cemetery. Maxine was born September 26, 1932 in Lenape, KS. Maxine and her children were raised in De Soto. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be missed by all. She is preceded in death by husband Buck Jackson, parents John and Mary Chance, brothers James, Charles (Fritz) and Robert Chance, sister Opal Butler and grandson Greg Jackson. Survivors include: son Loren Jackson, daughter Julie (DC) Randall both of KCKS, brother Clarence Chance and sister Lois McDaniel both of De Soto, KS, 3 grandsons Loren (Jenn) Jackson of Shelley, ID, Keith (Liz) Jackson of Olathe, KS and Casey Randall of Honolulu HI and 5 great grandchildren Kaitlyn, Matthew, Nathan, Ava and Huston
