Mary Louise Conrad was born Dec. 16,1934 in Kansas City, MO to Emmett and Jessie Mae (Meanor) Murphy.
She graduated from Parsons High School in 1952 and
married John W. Conrad Jr. (Jack) Dec. 29,1956 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Parsons, KS.
Mary and Jack moved to the De Soto area in 1962 She worked as a librarian for Sunflower Village, KS for a short time. She worked for Veterinary Laboratory in Lenexa, KS in 2011 she retired. Mary was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Eudora, KS
She was a member of De Soto VFW Ladies Auxiliary and enjoyed spending time there. Her hobby was reading and crossword puzzles. She always greeted you with a warm smile and was a joy to be around.
She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed by all.
Preceded in death by: Husband Jack Conrad who passed in 2009, Brother Don Murphy who passed in 2012 Daughter in law LaDonna Conrad who passed 2015
Survivors: Sons John (Rebecca) Conrad and Jim Conrad both of Eudora, KS Daughter Christina (Dan) Hayes of De Soto, KS
9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
