Obituary for Lloyd Cannon
Lloyd Cannon, 81, of De Soto, KS passed away October 13, 2014. Funeral services will be on October 16, 2014 at 11:00AM with visitation from 10-11:00AM at Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel, 32665 Lexington Ave., De Soto, KS. Graveside at Eudora Cemetery, Eudora, KS. Memorial contributions can be made to Leavenworth VA. Lloyd was born on March 26, 1933 in Hill Town, OK. He was a Corporal in the United States Army and served in Germany. He was a custodian at the De Soto and Bonner Springs Schools until retirement. He enjoyed his retirement in Arkansas and then back in De Soto. He is preceded in death by: brothers Shorty Cannon and Ralph Cannon; sisters Reba Fay Taylor and Betty Sue Frear. Survivors included: son Robbie Cannon of Quinimo, KS; daughters Betty Painter of Osawatomie, KS, Debbie Kerfes of Paola, KS, Cathy Bergstrom of Bonner Springs, KS and Cindy Cannon of Olathe, KS; brothers Jim Cannon of De Soto, KS and Dean Cannon of Eudora, KS; sister Ellen Williams of Eudora, KS, 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren
