Obituary for Karla (Baker) White
Karla (Baker) White, 52, of Linwood, KS passed away Oct. 30, 2013 at her home. A memorial service will be held on Monday, Nov. 4th at 7:00pm at Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel. Friends and family may call from 6-7:00 at the chapel. Karla was born Nov. 9, 1960 in Olathe, KS. She was raised in De Soto and worked for Bendix King by Honeywell for over 30 years as a Warranty Dept. Specialist. Karla was a good friend to many. She was light hearted and never held a grudge. She loved to party with the best of them. She was always good natured and enjoyed life. She loved camping, fishing, cooking, Harley rides and writing poems. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She will be missed dearly. She is preceded in death by her parents Donnie and Luretta Baker. Survivors include sons Dustin (Dana) Baker of Louisburg, KS and Eric (Rena) White of Linwood, KS, sister LaDonna Brown of Linwood, KS, brother Chris Baker of Gardner, KS, 4 grandchildren: Alayna, Sophie and Claire Baker and Wyatt White and many nieces and nephews
