June E. Langan, 83, of De Soto, KS passed away March 19, 2018. Services will be held on March 23, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel, 32665 Lexington Ave, De Soto, KS with visitation one hour prior. Interment De Soto Cemetery, De Soto, KS.
June was born December 11, 1934 in Jefferson, IA to Claude W. and Elsie Lewis. June married Richard Langan on November 25, 1954. They raised their girls in De Soto and was involved in all their activities. She worked for De Soto Schools cafeteria and was a manager of our local grocery store for 25 years until retirement.
She is preceded in death by husband Richard Langan , grandson Jeremy Adkins, parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
Survivors include: daughters Debbie (Randy) Thomas and Cindy Adkins of De Soto, KS; brothers Floyd Lewis of Portola, CA, Chuck (Shirlene) Lewis of Pocatello, ID, Leonard (Dorothy) Lewis of Sacramento, CA, LaVern (Jan) Lewis of Dallas, TX and Lyle Lewis of De Soto, KS; grandchildren Bryan (Mindy) Thomas, Jenica (Heather) Thomas and Cody (Angel) Adkins; her precious cat Shadow; 5 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews
