James Colby King, 45, of De Soto, KS passed away on March 30, 2021. Services will be held April 5, 2021 at 2:00 PM at De Soto VFW, 33725 W. 84th St., De Soto, KS with visitation from 1-2:00 PM . Burial at De Soto Cemetery, De Soto, KS.
Colby was born in Olathe, KS on August 21, 1975 to Charles and Deana (Weller) King. Colby graduated from De Soto High School in 1993. He enjoyed fishing with his dad, brothers and sons. He loved the outdoors. He enjoyed working and would work for just a "Thank you". He truly loved the act of kindness. He had great respect for the Military and the Police. He loved his family and will be missed and forever loved.
Survivors include: sons James Wyatt King, Caden King and their mother Samantha King all of Edwardsville, KS; mother Deana Chance of De Soto, KS; father Charles King of Tonganoxie, KS; brothers Kelly King of De Soto, KS, Corey King of Gardner, KS and Cody King of Austin, TX; nephew Wyatt Taylor King
