Obituary for Dana J. Liebig
Dana J. Liebig, 57, of De Soto, KS passed away on April 21, 2018 at Olathe Medical Center. Memorial service will be held May 4, 2018 at 7:00 PM with visitation one hour prior at Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel, 32665 Lexington Ave., De Soto, KS. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cedar Crest Memorial Chapel.
Dana was born on December 30, 1960 in Salem, MA to Rayfield and Mina Liebig. Dana grew up in Kansas City, MO and went to school at Hickman Mills High School. He was self employed and owned IQ Painting for over 20 years. They moved to De Soto in 1994 and raised their children there. He enjoyed his children and dogs. Dana was a awesome cook and loved the Sunday newspaper.
He is preceded in death by: parents Rayfield and Mina Liebig; brothers Kent Liebig and Mark Liebig.
Survivors include: Stephanie Liebig of the home; sons Joshua Liebig of De Soto, KS and Brandon Liebig of Kansas City, MO; daughter Sydnie Liebig of De Soto, KS; grandsons Maverick and Ezra Liebig; brother Wayne Liebig of New Port News, VA; sister Debbie Traweek of Weatherford, TX.
